These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pinple app ("Application") for iOS, provided by wang kexiang ("Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.

Pinple is an offline application. All photo processing is performed locally on your device and does not require an internet connection. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking your device, as this may compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the Application.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Application on newer operating system versions. Upon termination of the Application, your right to use it ends and you should delete it from your device.
These Terms may be updated periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
